About the Executive Chef and Owner of Waiting For You.
|
Waiting For You was Established in 1992 by the
Owner and Executive Chef, Regina Drumgoole.
It is a family operated business that thrives on
teamwork and the pursuit of culinary perfection.
Regina is from Oakland California. Born into a large
family, her parents were originally from Louisiana.
Her early cooking experience in the family kitchen
was spent preparing food for 6 siblings and soon
grew into a love for food and all associated with it.
In her early adulthood Regina decided to take it to
the next level because of the reaction to her home
cooked meals from friends and family. She soon
became known for her creativity and baking skills.
Soon cooking was no longer a hobby or just a
meal, but a form of art. Regina uses creativity and
knowledge of nutrition to add a healthy spin to
traditional foods such as Fried Chicken, Candied
Yams, and her Signature Macaroni and Cheese.
